I do not have an NCCP number
Every coach in Canada requires an NCCP to track courses and training received. Before creating a new NCCP # be sure that you don’t already have one. If you have coached previously (any sport) that required training you likely have one whether you know it or not. Creating duplicate accounts causes problems when confirming a coach’s credentials and eligibility to coach.
You can create an NCCP # by going to the locker and clicking “Don’t have an NCCP#? Create one now!”
Follow the prompts and provide your personal information. Once completed, note your NCCP # as it will be used for as long as you coach any sport.
I forgot my NCCP number
You can retrieve your NCCP number by going to the locker and clicking Lookup my NCCP #
Enter your email address and your NCCP# will be emailed to you.
I can’t remember or don’t have access to the email address I used in the Locker
Contact The Coaching Association of Canada or Football Manitoba to have your email address updated in your Locker profile.
It says my password is incorrect or that I don’t have one set

I don’t see courses I am sure that I completed previously
Contact Football Manitoba to review your transcript. While errors are not common there may a course that was missed during the entry of the data. More often the course was not completed for some reason, generally due to a component or online course that is required but not done. Football Manitoba can advise the cause and possible solutions to your concern.
What does “In Training” mean?
In Training means that while you have completed “part” of your training for your chosen coaching path, not all of the “required” courses have been completed yet. This could be an online course, such as Making Head Way in Football, or a post-workshop requirement such as the Make Ethical Decisions Online Evaluation. Contact Football Manitoba to determine what is missing from your training.
What does “Trained” mean?
Trained refers to a coach who has completed all of the requirements to be eligible to coach in that sport/stream.
For coaches in the Community stream, “Trained” is currently the highest level of qualification.
What does “Certified” mean?
Certified refers to a coach who has completed all of the requirements to be eligible to coach in that sport/stream and has also successfully applied for, and received a coaching evaluation from a Trained Coach Evaluator. While becoming “Certified” is not a requirement at this time, Football Manitoba encourages all coaches to pursue this which confirms a coach’s competency at their chosen level. Certified status is not available at the Community Sport Initiation level.
